CEIS Services
ITI's Customer Engineering and Implementation Services (CEIS) provide
the process and professional services required to engineer, plan and implement
a customer's Netsourcing solution. ITI's internal organization works
closely with the customer to provide the best service for all Pre-Sales
and Post-Sales activities.
Pre-Sales Support
All Netsourcing service offerings begin with ITI's highly skilled systems
engineers. Right from the start, ITI assigns one of our systems engineers
to work with you to determine your e-business requirements and design
an appropriate solution. To ensure that the final configuration will not
only meet your current needs but will be easy to manage and scale over
time, the systems engineer leverages a broad range of ITI's engineering
resources, including security, SAN, WAN and LAN networking, data management,
systems administration, and product development. The most important part
of the engagement process is the preparation of a Statement of Work (SOW).
This SOW is a structured design document, which results in a comprehensive
service description that becomes part of the contractual agreement between
ITI and our customers and provides the foundation for the implementation
process.
Post-Sales Support
Once ITI begins to implement your solution, a project manager is assigned
to work through the Statement of Work and facilitate between the CEIS
organization and you, overseeing a team of highly skilled individuals
that are responsible for the implementation of the Netsourcing solution.
This team provides the hands on design, implementation, and support of
ITI's Netsourcing solution. The team is fully responsible for the implementation
through handoff to the Service Management Center for on-going management,
monitoring, and troubleshooting of your Netsourcing solution.
